We had a need for an alternator for our 2020 Telluride but no appointments were available so the service dept told us to drop it off the next day and they would fit us in by the end of the week. They had us talk to the parts dept to make sure they had the parts in stock. We dropped it off the next morning and they had it done by the end of that same day! The communication is excellent - they kept us informed along the way and washed the car when they were done. We always get our oil changed here and they do their free inspection and let us know of any issues, including what might need to be done right away and what can wait. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and keep us informed. We will keep coming back!

This is our second kia purchase in the past 2 years from Southlake Kia. I have to say that the staff is friendly and patient. They have earned my respect and look out for the customers needs. Starting with our courteous Newer sales associate Nate to Dan the seasoned sales associate who was tagged in to help close our deal. Juan the general sales manager also took time to talk and help remedy a small hiccup and did what needed to be done to satisfy us as not only a current customer but made us a future customer with his professionalism. Last but not least Billy Anderson the finance man, the kind of guy that wants to get you the best deal he can give you and has no problem explaining things as many times as it takes for you to understand and assure your comfortable with your deal and who's word is strong as oak. He's got an awesome personality and great sense of humor. In a whole these guys make a great team and I wouldn't hesitate giving my future business to any of them. So as a now two time customer I can firmly say that the service here is outstanding and the sales team are great. This time around I got to work with Tayler and she was incredibly helpful. I would say that I and by extension my father were both very difficult to deal with. She was very professional despite my father being somewhat aggressive. She was great and really helped me find a car that not only worked for me but that I genuinely enjoy. The sales manager was also good to work with although I’m sure he was relieved to be done with what turned out to be a three day affair. Additionally Tayler followed up over text with me after the purchase to make sure that I was doing well in my new K5. I would highly recommend considering coming here for your next car purchase and to see Tayler in particular.
