Tayler was a blessing in disguise! I was headed home from a not so great encounter with another dealership. I decided to pull over and look at the Kia inventory. I’m from Indianapolis, and my old Kia broke down nearby. I went there to get it traded in and left with a new Kia the same day! The sales associates were super helpful and made the stressful situation we were in better overall. Made the journey back home safe thanks to them!
There workers are very professional and cordial but the only problem is have is it's not wheelchair friendly. As I stated the workers were nice with holding doors open for me but what if no one was around to help open a door. Otherwise, the reason im here was work on my brakes it took a lottle longer than usual because they fit me end today due to me needing a favor and for that I give them 5 stars.

We also had a very streamlined and quick process with the finance department. We initially had an awful experience at Thomas Kia in Highland. Thankfully we went to Southlake Kia instead.
